Orders & Shipping Returns & Refunds Account & Membership Support

Orders & Shipping

All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Read the Shipping Policy.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, so please allow additional days in transit. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

No. We do not offer any product/service on this Platform outside India.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read the Return & Refund Policy.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can also take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

Yes. You can delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on the Platform; this will remove all information related to your account. You may also write to us for help. Deletion may be refused or delayed if there is a pending grievance, claim or shipment.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in India, and we adopt reasonable security practices to protect it. You can access, rectify and update your personal data on the Platform. Read the Privacy Policy.
